Our story
Acecore was founded in 2013 to raise the bar in terms of performance and looks in the UAV world. In 2010 half the world had never seen a drone; the other half still called them RC helicopters. All the while Acecore’s CEO Jorrit Linders was flying multirotors with cinema cameras in the world’s most extreme environments. Fed up with the performance and durability of the systems available then- Jorrit sought out Acecore’s first employee, an industrial product designer working on flying cars, to craft the first Ace drone. Our first drone, NEO, was born.
The team
Acecore has meticulously built out a design, manufacturing, and testing team that is dedicated to creating drones that excel in reliability and performance. Most of our craftsmen have been with the company for years and were recruited by existing staff to join our mission of blending form and function to produce visually appealing drones that deliver exceptional functionality.
Our mission
#elevatingdrones is our trademark. We made it our mission to augment the commercial drone airspace. One by one we aim to replace uninspiring, compromised tube frames for handcrafted elevated drones.
What we do
Development
We are a developer of unmanned aerial solutions for a wide range of professional markets. Our innovative, durable VTOL drones are made for taking drone cinematography, LiDAR, inspection, security, surveying, and military applications to the next level.
Production
All our drones are handcrafted by our team at our headquarters in the Netherlands with premium locally sourced materials. Quality is our highest priority.
Integration
We built highly customized systems to the exact wishes of the customer. We integrate a wide range of components and add-ons in-house to build a seamlessly integrated system that functions to the highest standards.
Training
Train-the-trainer or direct, we offer training on-site or at our HQ. This way, we allow all future Acecore pilots to get the most promising start they could desire. The training has a priority for preparing the pilots for lots of scenarios to ensure the pilots can take on any mission. Of course, the training also includes theoretical training to make sure they get the most out of your Acecore UAV.
Training includes theoretical training, setup, manual flight, automatic flight, and general best practices.
Support
We offer responsive after sales support, maintenance services, and repairs. Each UAS includes complete operational manuals for the platform, remote controllers and accessories. Additionaly we offer continuous backwards compatible upgrades after purchase to comply with fast-paced industry developments.
What people say about us
“The Zoe has become my go-to tool in the field, a true Swiss army knife for aerial scanning. What stands out most is how solid and reliable it feels in the air. Whether out in the heat of Mississippi farmland or dealing with variable mountain weather on a forestry scan, the Zoe handles it.”
Seth Allen
“We really appreciate the flexibility and robustness of the Noa. We use it almost daily to carry out test and calibration flights with our various RIEGL sensor payloads. We appreciate the very professional contact and exchange with the Acecore team, which makes working together very convenient.”
Michael Mayer
“Working with Acecore has been a pleasure. They truly understand the demands of scientific fieldwork and helped tailor the platform to deliver exactly what we required.”
Jamie Scarrow
“We've been working with the Noa for quite some time and are still impressed. It delivers strong performance, it's easy to deploy, and ready to fly in under 15 minutes. Flight stability was excellent throughout, even in windy conditions takeoff and landing were smooth and reliable.”
Justus Constantin Hildebrand
“In our collaboration with Acecore Technologies, it was exciting to experience how they relentlessly strive to develop and manufacture products with great attention to detail and customer friendliness.”
Fabian Weinhandl
Our team.
We’re a young team based in the Netherlands that has been working with drones since the very beginning. Fueled by ristrettos and latte macchiatos from our Acecoffee corner, we can take on any challenge.

Office
Jorrit Linders
With a background in mechatronical engineering and cinematography, Jorrit has been able to develop a keen eye for detail and technical precision.
Koen Vrints
His vision is as creative as the turtle neck suggests. A healthy mix of working in the field and behind the desks allows Koen to work from the outside in.
Youri van Helden
Youri is able to steer the conversation to keep its focus on the outside world while keeping the company focused on its mission; crafting elevating drones.
Luuk Piscaer
Luuk's enthusiasm can only be matched by his love for wind surfing. He will go above and beyond to satisfy his work relations and brings a good energy into the office.
Olaf Keijzers
Olaf rocks the role of office 'creative', his opinion often goes against the grain as his fluffy unstyled hair demonstrates.
Loek van Bruggen
Besides being a good engineer and serious entrepreneur, Loek stutters. But he doesn't let this stop him from speaking his mind and cracking dry jokes. Unfortunately...
Marvin Dechene
In his free time, Marvin likes to fix up broken cars in his garage - sometimes leaving them untouched for months. On the contrary; he makes sure Acecore's production department runs smoothly and at full efficiency.
Thomas Verhoeven
Thomas has a great appreciation for all things technical and loves his Volvo more than his girlfriend, just don't tell her that. Coming from a background in sales, he knows how to ask the right questions to get you exactly what you need.
Fanny Schepens
Having worked in the financial departments of various companies for over a decade, Fanny has developed a keen eye for details. She makes sure we have a crystal clear overview of our financials.
Daan van Alebeek
'3D Daan' excels at everything in the third dimension. 3D carbon fiber, 3D renders, 3D printers. He even 3D printed a 3D part modification for his 3D printer. Is that incest?
Leon The
A born entrepreneur with decades of experience in management and business development. Leon is able to provide the company with valuable oversight.
Finn
Office dog 'Finn' is single handedly responsible for internal treats distribution - from mouth to stomach, mostly.
Production
Mark Boeijen
Marky Mark is our most experienced production engineer. Any questions about our systems he can answer. Just make sure you don't ask him about his racebike though, there's no stopping him from yapping on.
Casper Linders
Casper is the stereotypical sober Dutchman you keep hearing about. He knows exactly what's possible and what's not, and will ensure every drone that leaves is of the highest standards.
Joes van de Kamp
Joes can handle his drones better than he can handle his bikes, as the occasional slide on our pit bike track happens more often than he'd like to admit.
Marvin van Lith
We hired Marvin because of his many talents. Unfortunately, his hobby of fixing up cars is lost on the dented wreck he drives to work every day.
Ward van den Hurk
Ward the giant - we had to grab a ladder to take his picture. Enthusiastic and hard-working, he's a great addition to our production team. Just don't ask him about the weather up there.
Wout Schouten
Wout is the stereotypical gym rat who loves to talk. Yet when it comes to his jokes, he's like a prototype drone - fantastic in theory but doesn't quite get off the ground.
Jort Nooren
Jort is a mechanical-electrical engineer who operates on a 'low voltage' communication system - but when he does speak, it's mostly useful stuff... Mostly...
Yarnick Roodbeen
Codename ‘Bop’ is a thrill seeker with an extreme love for rollercoasters. The involuntary ups and downs remind him of his mental state - intense, a little unstable, though ever excited.
Tom van Heumen
Max Smits
Max is our embedded systems wiz-kid. There's ace to the core and then there's ace to the max.
Wouter Linders
Wouter has shifted his passion from his previous employer Mercedes Benz to Acecore, but still drives their car because Zoe doesn't offer comfortable seating options.
Joost Vermeulen
Back by popular demand. Joost - previously an intern and nicknamed the Soldering King - has returned to help us out during the summer, taking on prep work to help shorten our turnaround times.
Niels Camardese
He usually spends his summer keeping swimmers safe as a lifeguard, but this year he's guarding our turnaround times instead. Niels is taking on prep work to help keep production moving as fast as possible.
