Our story
Acecore was founded in 2013 to raise the bar in terms of performance and looks in the UAV world. In 2010 half the world had never seen a drone; the other half still called them RC helicopters. All the while Acecore’s CEO Jorrit Linders was flying multirotors with cinema cameras in the world’s most extreme environments. Fed up with the performance and durability of the systems available then- Jorrit sought out Acecore’s first employee, an industrial product designer working on flying cars, to craft the first Ace drone. Our first drone, NEO, was born.
The team
Acecore has meticulously built out a design, manufacturing, and testing team that is dedicated to creating drones that excel in reliability and performance. Most of our craftsmen have been with the company for years and were recruited by existing staff to join our mission of blending form and function to produce visually appealing drones that deliver exceptional functionality.

#elevatingdrones is our trademark. We made it our mission to augment the commercial drone airspace. One by one we aim to replace uninspiring, compromised tube frames for handcrafted elevated drones.

In his free time, Marvin likes to fix up broken cars in his garage - sometimes leaving them untouched for months. On the contrary; he makes sure Acecore's production department runs smoothly and at full efficiency.

Thomas has a great appreciation for all things technical and loves his Volvo more than his girlfriend, just don't tell her that. Coming from a background in sales, he knows how to ask the right questions to get you exactly what you need.

Having worked in the financial departments of various companies for over a decade, Fanny has developed a keen eye for details. She makes sure we have a crystal clear overview of our financials.
Daan van Alebeek
'3D Daan' excels at everything in the third dimension. 3D carbon fiber, 3D renders, 3D printers. He even 3D printed a 3D part modification for his 3D printer. Is that incest?

A born entrepreneur with decades of experience in management and business development. Leon is able to provide the company with valuable oversight.

Marky Mark is our most experienced production engineer. Any questions about our systems he can answer. Just make sure you don't ask him about his racebike though, there's no stopping him from yapping on.
Casper Linders
Casper is the stereotypical sober Dutchman you keep hearing about. He knows exactly what's possible and what's not, and will ensure every drone that leaves is of the highest standards.
Joes van de Kamp
Joes can handle his drones better than he can handle his bikes, as the occasional slide on our pit bike track happens more often than he'd like to admit.
Marvin van Lith
We hired Marvin because of his many talents. Unfortunately, his hobby of fixing up cars is lost on the dented wreck he drives to work every day.
Ward van den Hurk
Ward the giant - we had to grab a ladder to take his picture. Enthusiastic and hard-working, he's a great addition to our production team. Just don't ask him about the weather up there.
Wout Schouten
Wout is the stereotypical gym rat who loves to talk. Yet when it comes to his jokes, he's like a prototype drone - fantastic in theory but doesn't quite get off the ground.
